Planning for the Fifth International BCI Meeting

There will be a special meeting on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 in the afternoon (time and place to be announced) to plan for the the Fifth International BCI Meeting. Topics of interest include formation of a planning committee and the election of the meeting chairs.
